Q: Which browsers work best?
Use Google Chrome (latest version) for best results. Samsung Internet and Firefox are also supported but may behave differently with permissions.
Q: My camera isn’t turning on.
Check:
Tap the lock icon 🔒 next to the URL → Permissions → Camera → Allow.
If you denied camera access before, you’ll need to manually re-enable it.
Go to Settings → Apps → Chrome → Permissions → Camera → Allow.
Q: The AR doesn’t appear or is unstable.
Check that camera focus isn’t obstructed (wipe lens, avoid glare).
Restart your browser and reload the experience.
Slowly pan your phone to allow AR tracking to re-stabilize.
