FAQ – iOS and iPhone

Q: What browsers can I use?

Safari is recommended for the best performance. Chrome and Firefox on iOS also work but may have limited AR support since all browsers on iOS use Apple’s WebKit engine.

Q: I am not in the correct location on the map or I do not move on the map?

You probably have location tracking blocked for you browser:
Go to Settings → Apps Safari → Location (near the bottom of the list)
and either set to Ask or Allow.
Also check the following privacy setting:
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security Location Services (at top) → Safari Websites
Make sure this is set to ‘While Using the App’.

Q: The camera feed isn’t showing up — what can I do?

Try the following:
Go to Settings → Apps Safari → Camera, and make sure it’s set to “Allow”.

Q: My camera is zoomed in or blurry.

Some iPhones default to a telephoto lens in Safari. Try moving to a well-lit area or switching browsers. If your device has multiple lenses, Safari may not always pick the main wide lens.

Q: The AR scene looks frozen or choppy.

Make sure Low Power Mode is off.
Close other apps to free up memory.
Reload the experience and keep your phone steady for a few seconds to let AR tracking calibrate and the AR model appear.

Q: It asks for motion or orientation access.

If you see a “Motion & Orientation Access” prompt, tap “Allow”.
Try reloading the page and tap “Allow” when prompted.
